I strongly advise against purchasing safety equipment from this store. Staff lack knowledge of their products. I bought a Dakota, and an employee assured me it was all composite. However, I encountered some issues checking out my shoes, which caused me to return for an exchange. The employee confirmed there would be no issues with the replacement, but I still had a checking issue with the second pair due to metal components.
After three trips and fuel costs, I was confronted with poor and poor service from a manager when I asked for a small discount to compensate for my time and expenses. She rejected my request and made me feel belittled, like I was just trying to get money.
When I called the store to escalate the issue, I eventually spoke to Bella again, who threatened me over the recordings of our conversation. During my last visit to the store, and before meeting the manager, another employee told me that she was going to call the manager to apply a discount, because it was frustrating to go three times for the same reason.
Ultimately, this experience highlighted a lack of respect for customers, and it is disappointing that my concerns were not taken seriously.
I hope you resolve this with Dakota and get back to me with a call to provide good service and show respect to your customers...Even if the problem with the Dakota manufacturer you must be responsible and respectful to your customers..it's really very flat and frustrating.

Almost nothing left on the women's side...Levis takes up a third of the space, the space reserved for checkouts takes up another third...not much choice. Rather disappointed, compared to the men's side which has a lot of choice!

For a store with an average surface area, I had to ask 4 different employees where the t-shirts displayed in a circular were. 3 of them seemed totally disinterested. They were more busy chatting while folding clothes two by two.
