I bought a watch that is waterproof up to 50 meters, which is totally false, I did the dishes and I don't think my dishwasher is 50 meters deep, I went to complain about my problem in branch then he told me they couldn't help me and I had to go to a guess site, I tried and they didn't have the solution to my problem on the site so I am now stuck with a watch fogging all the time

I have been going to this store since the brand existed. I usually only buy Guess handbags. Today I had the worst customer service experience. My partner was followed behind and when I asked the young man if they ever had cosmetic bags, he looked at me as if I belonged to another species, because he didn't didn't know what it was.
I had to show him a photo of what it was on Google and he then tried to tell me that basically I could take any of their smallest handbag sizes.
This has never happened to me before, but chances are I'll go get my next handbag from another house.
