The store is beautifully sorted and visually pleasant to visit. However, I found some of the book section divisions a bit difficult to follow so it was hard to find where was the title I wanted, and so I bought less than I could have. I have not asked for an employee's help, but I am more of an independent shopper and prefer being able to find things on my own.
The lady at the register was friendly, kind and made the experience smooth.

Useless staff, I asked for legos that were clearly marked in stock online. After checking in the system they confirm it was in store but they could not tell me where it was and the employee said maybe it got stolen or maybe it was lost or maybe it was in the store display. He never bother helping or even pretend to look for it.

I go to the Griffon often, but I had a rather unpleasant experience this time. Me and my boyfriend went to this store to buy a gift for my brother, but we were really disappointed. There was only one employee who had to manage the entire store alone. She was already busy with several clients and she also had to answer the phone. We found what we were looking for, but we left the things at the register and left without paying because the employee was completely overwhelmed. It’s a shame that a Quebec store treats its employees like that. Several customers were frustrated, and that's not at all normal. Big companies like Walmart and Toysrus will be happy to have Griffon customers, especially during these holiday seasons... There really should be more staff for a store like that. Very unfortunate!

First time I went to this store which is superb not to mention the impeccable customer service. The young girl who served me and the cashier both deserve a 5 star rating. Well done ladies!!!!

It's great and I had very good service! The employee even did all the research on the computer to order the games. 2 days later he received it. But the smile of my little sister when I gave her her gift! It's worth it, I'm the best for him, thank you again!

I went to the store with my daughter around 7 p.m. on March 14. I find that the two young girls on the floor are damaging the reputation of the banner. I wanted to buy a Corolle doll for my daughter and the 2 young girls seated or rather spread out around a round table behind the cash register were busy on their cell phones and never noticed my presence.... and even if I I solicited their opinions. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere!!!

Bad service. No welcome, no hello. He simply has NO service. The two employees remained at the checkout without looking at us and continued to talk to each other. Change jobs if you don't like what you do!
