Following an accident (a large tree trunk fell on the roof of my car and destroyed the entire roof), CarStar Anjou carried out the repairs. Once the vehicle was returned, there were plenty of defects such as the dirty interior, misaligned roof, water infiltration, my rear camera poorly positioned (they had to remove the rear door)... short job. poorly done. I informed the manager and he was not happy with my complaints. Yet it's not my fault, I just wanted the problems to be resolved. They repaired the water infiltration. A few months later, still water infiltration in addition to rust on the roof starting, which is not normal. I informed the Anjou manager and he said it was normal. However, I have never had rust before. Due to the incompetence of this garage in Anjou, I called the head office and they referred me to another CarStar who corrected the rust. A year later the rust on the roof returned, I contacted CarStar Anjou and they refused to repair the rust even though according to the CarStar banner it is guaranteed for life. I called the CarsStar head office and they also ignored my rust problem, I was very surprised. So CarStar's lifetime warranty is not valid, I can confirm that. Yet it is so obvious that the rust on the roof comes from poorly done repairs according to other experts in the field. So I strongly advise against CarStar Anjou, they are very incompetent. The repair was done about 3-4 years ago, I am writing this review now because the process was long and I believed that CarStar would have kept their promise with the lifetime warranty, which is not the case. same case with the head office.
