This Friday, November 15, in the evening, I went to best buy to buy a game for my child. The video games section is located right at the entrance to the store. A friendly young seller offered to help, I started to ask him some general questions with the intention of directing me towards a game that best suited my child's needs, I noticed that the seller was a little perturbed and look elsewhere from time to time...I asked him if everything was okay, and he signaled to me that his director, a certain Karim, who was just behind, asked him to take care of the entrance to the store instead of paling (I saw the action of this so-called director when he was making signs with his head, when I turned)... it was disgusting. Total disregard and blatant disrespect towards a customer. Whatever the reasons, the customer should never feel that they are less important in a store. I'm sorry, but I can't believe a manager can act this way. Ultimately, he could have taken care of the task that his employee was supposed to do himself, or the "backer" while he finished with me, then given his recommendations or comments with his staff, if he did. desires, but never in my face Mr Karim!! When I told him about his unprofessional behavior, he replied that the employee was responsible for entering the store and had no business speaking with me. This manager or director definitely needs to be nice to the customers...such hurtful comments and an arrogant attitude leaves a bitter taste and a very bad impression towards this institution.
As for me, I will never set foot in this store again.

After 10 years as a customer I promised myself that I would never go into a BestBuy store again. For the first time I had to use the protection plan for my cell phone. They charge you more than the price of the device to repair. Terrible customer service.

Geek Squad 0 Service, Do not buy the warranty, you will lose your money. Geek Squad sent me back the product with the same problem, the store says they can't do anything and yet I paid for the service!

I came here to leave a review about their very poor customer service and Im surprised to see that most of the recent reviews are saying the same. So i did try sending my feedback directly to best buy but unfortunately I couldnt find any way on their website.
so I went today Saturday at 4:30 and I asked 4 different employees where to find apple earphones. The 2 first ladies did their best to guide me and once I got to the apple section I couldn’t find them. My mom asked an employee that kept on pointing and he didnt make the slightest effort to show us exactly where to find them even if it was his section. I asked another Guy( I remember his name) in the apple section, he also just wanted to brush me off and i insisted saying that im only seeing chargers and no earphones. Finally, the earphones weren’t even exposed he had to get them for me from a closed drawer. On top of everything They give you attitude. I advise you go elsewhere. The managers really have to do something about their employees. Ill try going you during the week, maybe the employees are more serious.

3 times in a row, I go to the store to make a purchase and they never have anything in stock.

I was there today, they have very bad service, they don't respect anyone and they rip off customers. I'm in the business and I'm telling you be careful and I've heard how their salespeople scam customers with the sale of computers and the surplus. Be careful, they're thieves.

They have 10 empty boxes of a specific game, instructing customers to bring the box to the register to get the game. But at the register, they have none in stock. This happens every single time. I spoke with the manager, who told me they leave the empty boxes on the shelves so people can order the game online. After checking their website, I found that they don't have it online either (Octopath Traveler II - Sold out Online). It's so frustrating. I really hate BestBuy.
