A big thank you to the employee who helped us with our choice of stroller! I don't have her name but she worked on Saturday November 18 between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. (she was a little blonde). She gave excellent service! Just before we had been to the Clement boutique in Rockland and it was a disaster so thanks to her!

I bought the Munchkin Cushioned Bath Mat, me and my husband almost felt (it’s really dangerous product). I went back to the store 3 days after that, and the supervisor Carolina refused to refund me! It’s impressive how a person so unprepared like her can be a supervisor. It’s a defective product and this store, represented by Mrs. Carolina, simply don’t care about the security of their customers. She said once we used it, she can’t refund us! Of course it’s not in the box, we tried to use it and we both almost felt and got severely injured! Bizarre.

4th time that I go there telling myself that the service will have changed for the better, 4th time that I am immensely disappointed by this store and its more than derisory customer service and for which the priority is clearly not essential in his management!This is the first time I've written a review on this store, but I've already had 3 major bad customer experiences in this store and therefore 3 opportunities that I bitterly regret never having written about before.The staff is clearly untrained, and in favor of the least effort...and the worst is that I see employees present during my last visits who have clearly not evolved in terms of professional knowledge, a shame ! We can understand that employees who have just entered the store do not know everything and do not have all the professional reflexes expected at the start of their job, but I cannot guarantee that these same employees that I see again 1 year afterward are still as hollow in their training and customer service.This brand for which I had so many good memories has really fallen very low, and that makes me very sad!A real shame!

Poor service. We waited 10 minutes while 6 employees chatted and played with cars behind the cash register. When we called on them for service, they looked at us but didn't move. Finally one of them called a colleague for support who referred us to her young colleague in web orders. They were friendly and helped us a lot. Finally we learned that the product ordered, marked in stock on the website, was no longer available. Several employees did not wear or wore masks incorrectly. I do not recommend the store.

Terrible customer service. I bought pants from their store and later I discovered they forgot to remove the alarm tag. I had already threw the receipt. I called to ask her to find the bill. I gave her the date and the exact bill cost as I have it in my bank account. She doesn’t want to work and put me on hold for 30 min to go ask her manager, then her colleague came and asked me “how can I help you”. I have been on hold for 30 min and she didn’t even call her manager. And then I was on hold again for 10 min. I had to hang up and call again. They said they would email the receipt to another store that I was already in front of and I have been waiting for 10 min. At the end I was able to return the pants. Terrible customer service I would give it zero if possible.
