We received our tempo well. The canvas and structures are of quality. However, the anchors never worked. The company gave us new ones which were also broken. Therefore, we have weak anchors solidified with ropes. The company has never offered to send help to the field. Instead we received bogus stuff and even doubts from customer service regarding the malfunction of the anchors. This is the last time we will do business with them.

Good service despite the impossibility of finalizing the purchase of the tempo. The structure was installed but due to paving stone construction the installation was canceled. The canvas was still in its packaging and we were informed that we can return everything without problem. Thank you so much! I will be back at Tempo as soon as the changes have been made to our pavement.

Despite 2 miles of purchase for a double tempo, me and my neighbor did not have any support.
The staff laughed at us because we had a technical problem assembling the tempo and we needed help. I do not recommend this secursale.
