I sent this email in response to the store manager Martina for going above and beyond the call of duty to research food for my cat with kidney disease. P.S. if nobody tells you, probiotics and prebiotics are great treatment to extend the life for a cat (or dog) with fatal kidney disease.

I am absolutely impressed and thrilled with all this information that you've given me and all the research you've done. Because of your thoughtfulness and concern for my ailing cat Huckleberry, you have gained a customer for life.

Please make sure your bosses see this. I'm sure they already know what a gem they have in you! But I really want them to know what kind of an impact you have on your customers.

“I often stop by here to browse after work, but the other day I stopped by while waiting for someone else. The guy working at the register was AMAZING. I brought up how I'm looking in to getting a kitten, and he was so helpful. He gave me a little booklet for new pet owners with some coupons in it, some free samples of kitten food, and some free dog treat samples for the dogs I meet and sit. I'm dissapointed that I forgot to ask for his name. The other times I go there, the staff are welcoming and helpful too, this is just my most recent instance. 10/10, will reccomend to anyone with a pet.”
