Courteous staff, basic breakfast included, good location and clean rooms. Beautiful view, quiet and small beach a little further down. Just perfect for the price. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but there is a standing fan.

Quite surprised by this location. Extremely clean rooms but no AC, luckily there was a fan in our room.
Breakfast is very light (bread, cereals and fruits), seek no more.
Would return if needed in the future when visiting PEI or on your way to/from the Ferry.
