When Wicked Eh started, they offered amazing customer service and a reliable cost effective internet service (for the area). In the last few years it has gone from good to absolutely poor. They do not answer calls (the automated phone service does not work - it just hangs up); they do not respond to email, etc. We called and emailed 4 times (each) to cancel our service early December 2022. We have yet to hear back. Our preference is to support local, however, strongly suggest you consider an alternate provider.

I don’t have internet half the time try reaching out to them and there is no way to talk to anyone.

Two network outages that lasted more than a day in less then three months. Absolutely unacceptable.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews on here. Quite honestly, I had Wicked EH? service and I think that they are incredible! Super responsive, if you ever have to contact them and I love the fact that there is a local internet provider still around these days. The staff are super friendly and yes, sometimes there is an interruption in service, but they have always been great to me and have gotten me back up and running, ASAP! ????

TLDR: Can't reach customer service, hidden cancellation fees, have gone 3 days without internet, charged 2 more times after my cancellation, refund was sent by E-TRANSFER and not returned to the CC we paid on, so their accounting side is a bit shady as well.Cancelling with this company is a nightmare, not including the hidden $40.00 disconnection fee, We cancelled our service with them in September after we made sure Starlink was a better way to go (it is, their customer support answers the phones and IMMEDIATELY replies to emails). We have been charged on our cc every month, they said (a billing cycle after I emailed and requested a service cancellation)that it's the customers priority to cancel the cc subscription (shady practise), we did that, they also said in that same email that they would cancel it for us. Two more Bills have also been charged since then. No refund has been processed. And they skip right over the "make it right" they promised back in Jan-March 2020 when we lost service every month for consecutive days in a row. We're having to go through MasterCard to get our payments back. Real fun stuff ya get when support local.I currently have this service and have for a couple years. I can't wait for starlink or something similar to come along. This is the best internet I can get where I live. And 80% of the time it's amazing. No issues. Except when there are issues they are literally impossible to talk to. Nobody answers a phone at any time of day (I'm guessing sales will), I've gone more than 12 hours without even a reply to my calls or emails for service.After someone eventually replies it's USUALLY only a half hour or something before it's fixed.Sometimes, like today you go through 3 hours of no service waiting for a reply only to get a generic email sent to a giant swathe of customers whos private emails are at risk of being revealed to all other customers on that list (yes, that happened). I have gone more than 15 hours without service. They only have 5 employees, might have something to do with their delays.Additionally : they told us someone would need to be home, so my partner changed his plans for the next day. They reached out in the morning, and spent all day trying to get ahold of them (again, you can't talk directly to them when you call, they have to call you back) only to be told they didn't need anyone to be home after all.Going on 7 hours today.Also their twitter says it's all fixed except it isn't.Again, best internet I can get here...

Use this service at Lord Selkirk Campground. Second month subscribing.When it works its great. But mostly it is a pain to get into and it is bery sporadic. Boots off every 30 mins. Android box and phone. Better than nothing..but dont expect much.

Worst internet ever cuts out really slow takes 3 days to download anything and for 119 dollars a month it's not worth it speeds are horrible. switching to a cheaper and faster company don't waste your time or money on this internet
