I had ordered the express calendar which was clearly shown on website. I did go into the photo lady to see if it was ready the next day before supper. The client service rep informed me multiple times ( at least 5) while there was a line up that it will NOT be ready for 8-10 business days . I tried to explain to her that’s not what I ordered etc as per site. But she kept cutting me off saying she can’t help me and won’t get it for Christmas. Was very frustrating. I was not upset that it wasn’t there however had I know. I’d not of preferred last minute . So when I left rather po’d at her attitude I succumbed to the fact it won’t be here. Next day I get notice saying it was ready. So please coach your photo lab on proper customer etiquette and wrong full information. Trust I would have understood if was late due to holidays however that wasn’t the case. Personally I just thought we were having some communication issues but that was not the case.

I'm not one to typically leave a review, but im pretty tired of the lack of customer service at this photo lab. Today I waited 25 minutes for assistance (while I could clearly see them chatting with another customer and they could clearly see me), and I had already even left the photolab to grab my groceries prior because i couldnt find assistance the first time. I'm pretty over it. This isn't the first time ive left annoyed; Ive had employees here argue with me that I havent had orders, only to find out from another that its been there the whole time, I've had them lose photos and orders, and just an overall lack of customer service. Even with countless other employees on the floor, and even one of the phone service workers there.. not one person seemed to be able to ring in my prints in seconds for some bizarre reason. At that point my groceries were starting to melt, so I put the photos on the counter and left. Honestly probably the worst customer service. I'm not blaming the employees directly, but dang WalMart, pick it up.

There was halal brick with you, and it was sold for $2.78 cents. A person came and bought all those packages, and where is the purchasing control? He owns an Arab store next to the KFC restaurant on University Street, and without mentioning the name, it was sold for $6. Where is the control in the city of Charlottetown, affiliated with PEI, and depriving all Arab brothers of its ownership? And serving it for the suhoor tables in the holy month of Ramadan. Thank you. I hope that the same labneh will be brought for the suhoor table. Thank you, and I know that you are with the interest of the citizen. Attached is a picture of the market that bought all the boxes and sold them for $6. There was a halal halal with you and it was sold for $2. 78 cents.
