I’ve been with td since it merged with Cara trust in Charlottetown a long time ago, never had any issues except for now I can’t use the indoor atm after hours, and the outside ATM was a horrible idea in that part of the city. Not impressed

I attended the branch on Friday 12th May 2023, around 1615-1620. It was my first and last visit. There was no line of customers at that time. There was a single customer being attended to by a male employee. I could visually count 5 other employees behind the counter, 1 appeared busy at the commercial/business banking counter. The other 4 employees appeared preoccupied with having a good time and not taking work seriously. I stood at the top of the line for about 1.5 to 2.0 minutes, with my TD access card in my hand. I was not acknowledged by any employee at all. I turned around to leave, I looked back to see 2 employees looking in my direction. Honestly, a very disappointing experience considering I've been a TD customer for nearly 8 years now. It was a poor experience. The best way I could describe the environment behind the counter was a relaxed care-free and unprofessional playground. Not a great experience.

I called the branch November 12th to set up an appointment for today November 28th and when I got there, there was no appointment made for me. The same guy that booked the appointment for me over the phone was there in person today and he avoided taking any responsibility for the booking error or making an apology. I’m forced to wait another week for a “virtual” appointment. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received today and this isn’t the first time

literally could not be a worse bank. we do not bank with them however have to work with them through an estate. they pass the buck every time, fail to gather information, never return phone calls, fail to provide any updates. everyone else in the estate has settled and been provided with their draft, however this location can not figure anything out. they are also extremely unprofessional in their language and provide no resolutions. I would steer very clear of this branch.

Today I had the most fantastic visit to this TD location. The wondeful people at the branch were so kind and welcoming that I felt like a part of their family. I have always had excellent experiences at the Queen Street location and their commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism is always present in every interaction.I wanted to write this review to let the people who make this TD so outstanding how very appreciated they are. I am able to bank in comfort and confidence because of them. Everyone there puts their hearts into their work and that makes all the difference in the world. Thank you for being there for your customers!I'm truly proud and feel privileged to be a TD customer with such wondeful people caring for my finances and community!
