I try to go here for every oil change. They are quick , efficient and know what they’re doing. They go above and beyond. Topping up windshield spray and checking my tire pressure. The people here seem to take pride in their work.

I went to Take 5 for undercoating. The Staff and Matt were very accommodating, quick and efficient. I loved that I just had to drive in without an appointment.

I was very nervous about going for my first oil change since moving and usually leave it to my husband because I know nothing about cars. The manager, Matthew, was really great at making sure I knew exactly what they were doing, what they would recommend, and what benefit it would have for my car. He did not make me feel car-stupid or pressured into getting a service or product that I did not need. I will be going back for all of my future oil changes!

Huge thank you to manager Matt for his advice and help with the oil change on my brand new SUV. He went through what will work for my car and showed me the lowest priced options to help save my wallet. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly on my work lunch hour. Not happy with my experience here. I was told I needed to pay $107.99 plus tax because my car is higher mileage (156,000kms) and it burns more oil so I'd need a premium oil.
My car is in great condition, well maintained and it does not burn more oil. I ended up being charged more and wasn't given an option because of how high my KM are and it's not even high KM.
In the end I paid $130 for just an oil change, definitely will be going somewhere else next time and pay less than $100. Lesson learned.
