Oh my what a great experience I had this evening at the royalty crossing mall in Charlottetown. I had some returns and I had two orders to pick up. Two of the nicest girls waited on me Brenda and Fundi. They were so helpful and just the nicest girls. I definitely will shop at this store again. Thanks again girls!

Went to the store twenty minutes before closing the employee got aggressive. Was literally throwing us out but we still bought the stuff we picked up then was banging the card machine towards us when we were going to pay. Looked at us like we were stupid for wanting the bill. Very Very Poor Customer Service. Managers are so rude. They do not know how to deal with the customers. They use a abuse language and it happened 2 times with me. They don't care about their customers. Congratulations!! Suzy for loosing your customer. Will never ever shop again here.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is so ignorant, presence of the customer does not really matter anything for them. Every staff member have a different story to tell about policy. They are are note sure themselves about their policies. No appreciation for the customers to shop there. Worst worst worst worst worst customer service I would say. Did not want to write the first time they treated bad but this is like 3rd time. I am done with you guys now.

The customer service by the assistant manager of this store is non existent. She is rude, doesn’t speak to customers, and uses her little title like a weapon of power. She is more interested In how she looks than working. I was treated with disrespect and like a thief on Christmas Eve when I presented an issue to her that was totally her fault because she didn’t do her job properly In the first place. Instead of trying to help me figure things out, I was demeaned, treated with no respect, talked down to , and asked to leave the store. She wouldn’t give me her name , she and her co-worker pretty much teamed up and were bullies together. I ended up paying for the item In question TWICE and now I have the proof! This could all have been avoided if the staff had been using their brains ( by going to their records and looking for my purchase which I used my debit card for AND my Prestige card that by the way prints my name and number on the receipt which was neglected to be given to me) . I have been a customer to this store since it opened and have literally spent thousands of dollars there. At the very least I am asking for an apology from both of the salespeople( and trust me I’m using that term very loosely) at the very least. I probably will never go back to this store and it is a store that I used to love going to . But because of how I was treated and unless a few of my suggestions are met I’m done shopping here and intend of sharing my experience with others so they are not subjected to the outrageous attitude on display of the two people that worked in this store on Christmas Eve. They wouldn’t even give me their names when I asked saying “ why do you want our names we are not giving you our names” Shame on you ladies.... that’s very cowardly, now I know why. This is not over ladies! I also plan on letting your head office know. I had to wait a couple of days for the transaction to show up in my online banking but it showed up today . This is something that could well and have very easily been avoided, but you choose your road , we are on it now and I’m finishing this journey.
