There are many washing machines and dryers, and 70 percent are useless, and the attitude of the person who serves them has a bad temperament. The bathroom says that it is only for employees, I think it is because they are too lazy to clean it.

Change your name to “super rude” laundry. Idk if the owner lady is mentally upset or stupid. My first time in this laundry and the old hag started shouting that don’t overload the laundry repeatedly when i was very calm. This crack up lady always has her voice to 11 and starts shouting for no reason. As soon as I entered the laundry i greeted the cashier and this lady comes out of nowhere and starts shouting for no reason whatsoever as i have not even put my clothes in. I would suggest fluff and fold just 1 minute drive away. They are so nice. Always greets everyone and the owner even helped me move my laundry once.

Been there so many times. Self service. Coins? No problem they provide. Free wifi and watch tv while waiting. Roadside. Bus stop in front.

We had dinner plans as we were simply passing through as tourists. They were very accommodating. They let us leave the switch-over from the washer to the dryer in their hands so we could go to dinner. They told us when they closed and we were sure to return before then so as to not impede their evening plans. Glad we used this location

laundry machines and dryers that cost 3 dollars for 30ish minutes per machine. Can exchange notes for coins at the front desk. They have separate machines for blankets and bed sheets as well. Not that busy on most days and drinks and snacks available that you can buy. Not much more you would need from this place. Self service and everything works just fine.

This place is a joke , I iut money in the dryer and left to go open the apartment door for a friend and she noticed my dryer not running she said when I left , now instead of switching them she left it , the dresser above running by itself .Then tells me they I have 15 minutes course they close in 35 minutes.Seriously get better help.1¹

Been going here anytime our washer broke at home. Wifi doesn't work, ATM doesn't work and a lot of the machines are out of order or have little sticky notes all over them with specific instructions. I will say every time I come in the staff are very helpful and friendly. However, I happen to be here when the owner showed up and she seemed to be a very un-professional rude, loud old women. She yelled at the employee for no good reason while I was standing right there. Made me feel very uncomfortable and sad for the employee. I had read other reviews about the owner but never really think much of it until I saw it for myself. Not just people complaining. Probably going to start going somewhere else.

I went in yesterday to wash a very large blanket. The lady that works there is absolutely delightful! She was so helpful. The place was so clean. Before I went to this laundromat I went to the one on Eden Street. It smelled so bad in there and it seemed very dirty. I left and went around the corner to this gem. I don't have much experience at laundromats but I know that this one is A+.

Staff are always helpful and nice, no problem getting change as I only ever have bills. Washers are $3 a load, dryers are $3 for 36 minutes. There is detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase on-site if needed. The building is in need of some updates and is a bit dirty inside but not awful. I don't think the ATM has ever been working here so don't rely on it. The free wifi also doesn't work, but that might just be my phone. There are plenty of machines, and when I usually go on Sundays it is never busy. And there is a washroom for customer use.

Haha never thought I’d comment on a coin laundry but here it is. Outside is deceiving - looks run down and a place to avoid. But on the inside, it’s 100% well maintained, clean and safe. The lady is friendly and attentive to her customers and counters are spotless!

Not a great customer service. Had a small mistake done with the payment for the machine, although the payment was already done; the staff didn't make a responsible decision and provided a terrible service regarding that. Staffs need more training on proper decisions and discretions regarding the services. Facility doesn't have access for disabled. However, it has washroom, free wi-fi and phone charging facilities.

So many machines were broken. Only one big machine (out of 2) actually worked. Only had 2 big dryers. Found their large machines pricey. WiFi didn’t work… was asked not to use back door when back door and parking lot had signs for back entrance.
