Christina was so helpful and patient. We spent just under 4 hrs to find the perfect adjustable bed and mattress for my back issues. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this store!

Had simply excellent service at the Sleep Country in Charlottetown. Johnny was so informative and super patient as we really had no idea what we needed as we now have such different sleep styles. This is our second purchase from Sleep Country over the years and there will undoubtedly be more.

We had a great experience while shopping for a new mattress. The salesman Jonny was very helpful, showed us many options, gave us time to try them on our own, he was helpful, informative and not pushy whatsoever. We felt like he only wanted to get us what we wanted without pressuring us towards something more expensive. The other staff member was also very friendly and helpful. Would I shop here again, definitely.

I went here to browse for pillows and was helped by Christine - she was incredibly polite, patient, not over-bearing or under-bearing, and listened to everything I said about the type of comfort I was searching for. I hopped on a bed and Christine brought me 6 or 7 different pillows to try. Like I said she was patient, and she was kind and had humour. I made my purchase about a week ago now and still think of the great customer service I received. Plus, I ended up buying two pillows, and I have been sleeping so well!
I will be back to this location and will recommend others to go here before anywhere else because of you, Christine! Thanks again!

We had our split queen delivered and setup today by two young men from Moncton. They did an excellent job and were very quick, tidy and personable. Bed looks great, think we will be very happy with it. The staff in store were very helpful and treated us fairly. Excellent!
