Hi, I had a great experience at Rogers yesterday when I purchased a new phone. Jeff, The Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions, He did everything to set me with the new phone and he is very friendly and puts you at ease. He made sure I got the best deal for me. He is the kind of experienced Tech guy you want, great service Jeff thanks!

I went to the store today and STORE MANAGER J.P was there i ask any deals going on for 1phone 15 pro max and he clearly said no we dont you come there a month ago as well . I said so what if he come month ago and you check now . He was not willing to do that for me and i felt so bad at the store . Please take this into the consideration and staff is very bad and we never get what we dont they just want to us pass easily whereas that is the only season for rogers to make sales more .I hope they are checking the feedback and reviews

I was purchasing iphone that day and was talking to rogers becoz agent there told me that i have to call customer servive in order to portin my number first of all they didnt helped us that day when we were literally getting phone from them.. second of all, Harjot kaur so called manager there told that we cant stand there in store and talk to rogers customer service and my friend told its not a part of the policy. Miss Harjot said that its written in the policy by rogers company itself. Which was all total lie.. but agents who tell themselves managers are not professional and liers out there.. never take help from them… they just want to make commission from the sales put others down for no reason.. very poor customer service and was super rude to me.. dont trust them for anything especially the manager ( Harjot)itself there..

Beware ! The representative (from her accent, it's easy to guess where she's from) has a bad attitude. She loses patience easily and tricks the customer that the credit check had been completed, but in reality nothing has been done.Only giving two stars because the manager, Andy, is nice and helpful.
