“I am going to give Walmart Charlottetown five stars based solely on the assistance that Ann and another employee, sorry I didn't catch his name, gave me while purchasing a Blackstone griddle.Ann was quite polite and helpful as was her co-worker who came to help lift the griddle. The only was I can single him out for praise is to mention he was working on cash #20 today when I purchased the griddle at 11:30 am and his OP# on the receit is 006786.Long of the short they were both quite helpful, polite and eager. I fear the male co-worker may have hurt his hand/wrist however. Hopefully he is OK.Side note: I can't help but feel making two staff members lift a 150lb+ box off of a 4 foot high shelf is unacceptable in this day and age. Home Depot and Kent have mechanized lifts to assist their staff, why is this not available to help your employees!?”
