One of the best pharmacies on the island. They have Some the best staff that treat their clients as people. Laura, Jason, Billy and Stephanie; you all had a meaningful impact on our family and truly cared beyond your job description. You are missed. To the current pharmacist, Edna. She is just as great as the others along with many of the other staff who are always welcoming everyone with a smile and giving compassion and care.
Hands down one of the best teams on the island providing care and knowledge.

Feeling quite disturbed by this pharmacy by the last two negative experiences.
They don't take their phone/answering service off Ray Murphy's favorite elevator jam on Sundays until you literally go there tell them you've been calling for over an hour after 12pm. Im not the only person who has this complaint. There is almost no point of even calling your prescriptions in to have ready the day before either so they are ready when your supposed to actually take them.
Also good luck getting your medication when you need it Monday morning. Calling it in at 8am will get you it approximately 2.5 hours later because they are so busy on a Monday even though there's about 6-8 people behind the counter. Atleast they're honest enough to tell you it was ready but they didn't notice while you sit for half an hour.
Last month 'pharmacist' Johnna lied to me about why my prescription wasn't ready and literally told me to go to another pharmacy which I am seriously considering now after yesterday.
Yesterday was told to go to the ER due to a prescription running out after telling the pharmacist that I'm feeling like my throat is getting tight instead of getting medication that will stop that reaction. Fyi the allergist and ER doctor have both told me severe anxiety can cause allergic reactions. Waited all day for Murphy's to deliver said medication that never came. It is now 5 am, woke to anxiety and breathing problems because they didn't deliver medication after waiting the entire day yesterday.
There might be 2 good pharmacists that actually know what they're doing and talking about at this location !
After reading older reviews I must add Jason is their most valuable employee! I do agree with that. Unfortunately he has not been there the last couple times I have been, which likely contributes to the negative review!

I've been in there 2 times this week, and some of your employees don't even know how to use the proline machine. They just say there are no games available for the night. When I know for sure, they are because I checked before I went down. I had very unprofessional experiences this week.

This doubles as a Methadone Clinic in the city and I have been a user of the services that are available to me and there are 4 Doctors that I can say work with opiate addicts.

I must say that Jason in the pharmacy is probably the most valuable employee that I've come across in a company! He truly goes above and beyond what he needs to do to make every experience a great one there. Nobody is perfect. There's been a few mistakes and I was frustrated. However, Jason come back and made everything right. I truly want to recognize how professional, kind, knowledgeable, and caring he is. Murphy's are very lucky to have him employed!

A wonderful team member in the pharmacy named Jason helped me tremendously when they really didn’t have to when I stopped in close to closing time for a prescription. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Especially with the strain on our healthcare system, I really appreciated the level of kindness I experienced.Thank you.

I went there after work to pick up dog food as my supplier next door was closed !One of the the items would not scan!I was asked to go try another one !That would not scan either then I was asked to get a product code !I explained to her I didn’t work there and I didn’t know what a product code was !Then we negotiated a price on the product !Could have been handled differently!
