The only reason I'm giving kent 5 stars is because Neil at the project center is a true professional and extremely helpful employee, I haven't stopped there in 2 years due to previous employees rather sit on there phones then help any customers, when I was at the project desk ordering lumber today because what i needed was out of stock at homedepot.
I also had brackets for stringer hangers In a style I've never seen before and i probably looked confusion on my face lol, Without asking Neil spent 10 minutes of his time explaining the best ways/ all possible ways to use said brackets.
Honestly, knowing kent now has someone who actually cares about helping customers, I will want to go there over other alternatives.

Disappointed with this store! Ordered online BBQ and said in stock and then few hours later someone called to say not in stock and I can have the display one! With 20 dollars discount, so I said yes and drove all the way there and was more then online price! Said I had a discount online but can’t have this cause getting ex display discount! What a waste of fuel to go to the store! Will never shop here again bitter taste left! And can’t believe did not honour the original online order with the extra 20 off for ex display model! Wasted my fuel and time to not honour the online order!

Nice that there are friendly employees, wiling to help and actually available. Appreciate the cashiers on check out instead of self scan, so much better than the competitor and will shop here because of that

If they say they are going to deliver a product on a certain date, don't believe them. I think they take a dart and throw it at a calendar for a date to promise you. Then they'll have your money and will come up with excuse after excuse. We are on our 3rd delivery date, but I'm sure that will change. Go anywhere else but here for your appliances. Anywhere.

I bought A brand new Husqvarna lawnmower just under $4000 and when I got it home it rattled and clang like crazy when I engage the blades. I went to return it and they would not return it. I have to take it to a dealer to get it worked on as soon as you put gas in it they say you cannot return it, even though it says that nowhere I am very disappointed if you spend $4000 you want a new lawnmower that works not something you have to go and get repaired and pay someone to truck it all around this was at the Charlottetown Kent building supplies. Please beware
