“The only reason I'm giving kent 5 stars is because Neil at the project center is a true professional and extremely helpful employee, I haven't stopped there in 2 years due to previous employees rather sit on there phones then help any customers, when I was at the project desk ordering lumber today because what i needed was out of stock at homedepot.
I also had brackets for stringer hangers In a style I've never seen before and i probably looked confusion on my face lol, Without asking Neil spent 10 minutes of his time explaining the best ways/ all possible ways to use said brackets.
Honestly, knowing kent now has someone who actually cares about helping customers, I will want to go there over other alternatives.”
“I was looking for scaffolding in order to install a fan and Home Depot had the right gear. The staff at both pickup and return were easy to deal with and super helpful. I booked for a day but managed to get everything done quickly and made it back in time to only have to pay for a 4 hour rental. I will be back again should the need arise.”
