Excellent Service, friendly staff and easy to find what you are looking for. Clerks are always asking if they can help you. Store is well managed and well maintained.

Had what I needed but the service was not great. I went in looking for a generator - they were able to point me to the one I was looking for but that is it. 4 Employees watched as another kind shopper walked me through everything. If i didn't want the scene points I would have left and gone to canadian tire or home depot the service was that bad.

I fully understand that you hate your life but perhaps if you also hate your job you should quit. Tonight I was working on a project and needed 5" screws. I knew this Charlottetown Home Hardware location had them in stock because the website showed stock. When I entered the store a very rude short overweight woman approached me and immediately said "no we don't stock 5" only 4". I then located the 5" screws myself and left the store thinking, 'why would anyone shop at this atrocious store?'. Good riddance
