“AFC is a great gym, has a lot of equipment. Can get a bit packed some days. But it's one of the first gyms I've been comfortable enough to start getting to know some of the people around me. Staff are great, and people at the gym are normally great to ask questions or help. Has a 24/7 option and is a great price if you go for a year package.”

“Well organized, great warm up. Coaching clear and competent. Class started and ended on time and the programming is classic crossfit with scaling options given. Definitely would drop in there again when I'm in town!”
