I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is awful and are very difficult to work with. I will not be giving them any more business. I have previously worked with them before and have never had this bad of a experience.

The worst shop to do collision services, I'm still struggling with their services.
It is not recommended to go over there, spend a lot of time fixing some areas of my car especially bumber and hood areas. still the same.
Finally saying, it's the maximum they can do!!
Don't, go because of the big franchise name, there are a lot with good service nearby.
Not recommended, it's almost 3 months still trying to fix the car.

This company is Horrible with non Existing service. my trunk worked when I brought it there doesn't work now, the back door isn't sealed, the battery I had in the car died because they left my car outside for 6 months in freezing cold without regular starting, they lie they said the part that they were waiting for 6 months was installed they made me think it was all fine then when I go up there to pick up my car they tell me it's not installed and I have to sign a waiver to take it, Horrible Horrible lying company, if you have any choice to your vehicle going somewhere don't go there, they are liars and they kept my car making me think they were putting on the part Friday and they didn't do anything then said we will have it done Monday by end of the day. and when I show up they said it's not done and I will have to find another place to put on the part, I will be complaining to my insurance company to find a better and Reputable company that will actual fix the issues ment to be fixed not give you back the car with stuff broken that wasn't broken when you give it to them. Cheap cheap company Horrible I'm just in shock still they kept my car this long and this is the service I receive. I should have had a choice where it went to get it fixed read the reviews before you bring your vehicle there. Please don't make the mistake of trusting this company,

Very professional, good service attitude and I got a quote very quickly. The only regret was the long waiting time, I was told I would have to wait over three months to start repair. If you had faster access to get parts, that would be perfect.

Couldn't find accident pictures. List them and had to go back in which was very inconvenient due to current circumstances.

Had a truck repaired with with them and had a poor experience the whole 4 months they had it to replace a front bumper and a lied to me about a rack and pinon system saying there were none in canada. Lirs all mypower steering systems still have not been fixed or replace or even called so i would recomend anyone else beaides these guys un professional in my opinion.

Bad quality of work from CarstarDidn’t identify issue at hand and set right expectations, had to go back and forth with insurance at the end they said they will not fix it.My car had better bumper alignment before I gave them the car. Disappointed to collect my car with bumper popping out.If Carstar wants to take any accountability of doing the right thing, you can start with my car.
