“They spent 45 minutes inspecting my 2000 Jeep Cherokee, it passed and they took the time to not only explain the results but gave me a estimate on some body work and paint touch up. I will have that work done there and any mechanical work needed in the future. I am going to stop by soon and ask about Cooper tires. Extremely friendly and honest. I highly recommend them.”

“Service manager got me an appointment quickly. He addressed all of my concerns with my Cadillac. He had his service tech show me and answer questions that I had. They had the parts that were needed available. He ensured that I was given a ride home while my vehicle was being service so I didn't have to wait there and then they picked me up when they were finished. He also gave me his personal and written guarantee for what they did for service. Pricing was fair. They even cleaned my windshield. Service manager was very friendly and courteous. They definitely go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied.”

“I recently moved into the area and was welcomed with a deer hitting my SUV! Insurance covered the repair and one of the approved shops was Whitenight. My vehicle went into the shop beginning of May and I had a rental car from insurance for the duration of the repair. Dave did not even charge me the deductible, for which I was very appreciative.When the vehicle was done, they cleaned the car up (interior/exterior) nicer than it was before. I also had them repair a wheel bearing issue separate from the deer hit. Dave called me recently, a couple weeks after the final repair to ask how the vehicle was running.The insurance repair took longer than I thought it would (about 1 month total). This due largely to waiting for parts to arrive from dealers.My only complaint would be that when I called to get updates, it was uncommon to get a hold of Dave immediately, and a return phone call sometimes didn't happen.Overall, Whitenight does great work and I would recommend them, with the caveat that you may need to exercise patience. He was quick to get me in (within next few days of calling) and only took about 2 and a half weeks to finish. Was great with communication and the work he did! “This man is an ANGEL!!! 100% goes above and beyond. Rebuild my whole tire, arms etc. Came to a road block and towed my vehicle to someone who was an expert in electrical work at no cost. while that was happening my other car left me stranded on Gordon MT. I had a stranger drive to him and ask him to come tow me, his tow-truck was busy but he called up another company who came took my car and fixed the problem all for less than $500.00.
