My wait wasn’t very long and I received the requested information after my personal information was confirmed. I appreciate that being protected and the friendly efficient assistance!”
“We rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage last week. We are so impressed with the new, fresh & clean smelling building that houses your storage units. It looks like a new apartment building from the outside. When we had difficulty placing the lock insert Samantha came right up and quickly instructed us. She was so gracious about helping us. It is going to be a great place to store our extras and for a reasonable price, too. Thank you for a good beginning and good security in a fenced in and secure area to unload our belongings!”

We did go to moove in storage previously who said they were open between eight and 12 we showed up at 11 and there was no one there when we called their self service, they were not able to reach the property manager, waste of my time and gas”

“I went to the office in Pottstown last Saturday morning to get a storage unit for the first time. The office was closed, but she was working remotely. Lauri literally walked me through all of my options over the phone and let me open up the storage units until we found the perfect choice for me. Lauri took the time to help me and was so caring and kind. She set me up for move-in that night and explained everything in great detail. Lauri is so sweet and she gets the job done. “Came into the office to talk to someone about my rent increase and I was greeted with a warm welcome from the manager Annie. She explained that from 6-12 months I would get a rent increase but there is a way that she can help me with a better rate. Immediately I thought to myself she understands what GOOD BUSINESS is. She then told me about the options I have as far as transferring into another unit or smaller. She asked to see my unit to see if i was occupying the entire unit an we came up with a plan for me to down size because only 75% (her words) was being occupied . She was very knowledgeable and made me aware that the transfer process was easy. She told me that I had an entire day to move my things which was super helpful and she even made it a priority to come check on me to make sure I was doing okay while I was moving my items to my new unit. This young lady deserves to be recognized because not only was she helpful she also showed that she cares about her tenants here. Thank you so much for all of your help Annie”
“The service here is impeccable, I forgot to lock my unit because i got distracted from the conversation with the folks i was with. Coventry self storage called the next morning and told me about the lock missing on my unit, if it was not for their meticulous watch on their property and contacting clients if there is something a miss it would have gone unnoticed until my next visit to the locker. “Okay here's my honest review. The facility and stone lot are both fine. I have a private garage nearby so it's extremely convenient for me. The pricing is excellent. The staff is good. I couldn't find my unit the first time and called Melissa from the office after hours. She promptly responded and gave me the option of a different unit instead of the assigned one. I looked at both and chose the original unit. The units are air tight for storage only. Nothing wet should be stored inside. So don't complain if moisture forms inside because you something wet inside. The double handle latch doors are a little tricky to shut if it's your first time but not hard. Use your foot if you need to lol.”

“We rented a storage unit in Millsboro, since 2015. We then needed another unit in 2021. Lisa worked with us and helped us to get one. She treated us very professionally and was very knowledgeable. Finally, at the end of 2022 we were able to empty our units. Our things were just as we placed them. There was no damage to anything. We had a lot of antique furniture and boxes. We felt the rates were fair for the large units that we had. I would use them again, if needed, and recommend them to anyone who needs extra storage.”
“Employees did a great job with moving our furniture for transport from Florida to Pennsylvania with a stop in-between in Delaware. We hope to use this company again with another move within pennsylvania sometime in the next two months!”
