Fast Nd professional service to get to the scene, and get me to the respective garage to handle my issue. The drive there was no more then 15-20 mins.
Only problem was the 582$ usd he charge me. Never paid that for towing.
As mentioned, apart from that, very satisfied.

Thank you so much John of Wallace Towing & Repair. This frantic lady called him early Sunday morning and woke him up. My car was having major issues on the drive from Erie to Pittsburgh Saturday night. It was a miracle that we reached the hotel. But I had to figure out how to get my car back home 300 miles away. I didn't think it was drivable and called for a tow. John was very patient and calming. He gave me a quote for the tow. He also listened to me as I described what happened as I drove on highway. I'm glad he suggested I try starting the car and driving it around the parking lot and call him back. I didn't think of that! My car did start and I was able to drive it. John told me that since it was driving fine, I should try driving it home. I took his advice and actually got all the way home without any problems. John could have just towed my car and took my money, but he didn't take advantage of a lady who was in a panic! Thanks again John!

My son was in Cranberry this past weekend, and his car slid on the icy roads hitting the curb and needed to be towed. He lives in Erie, I live in Clearfield, we checked with the body shop and they said their guy was booked out for days. We called Wallace they were awesome. Quick response, friendly, courteous, and took care loading and unloading the damaged RS3. I would highly recommend these guys.

I am so grateful for Wallace T&R. Last night, my E brake failed and my car rolled down the driveway, across the busy street in front of our house and over the embankment on the opposite side of the road. This embankment is apprx 50 feet of steep incline into a residential neighborhood. A small tree trunk was all that was holding up my car and keeping it from rolling backwards into the neighborhood below. The police could not do much. I was so scared. Tow companies were either closed or could not arrive for 2+ hours. I called Wallace and they made it in 45 minutes. George pulled my car out without a scratch and I drove it to work this morning. They charged me an extremely fair price and wished me a Merry Christmas. These are GOOD people doing GOOD things. Someone or something could have been seriously hurt, but George saved the day and gave back my peace of mind. I cant thank them enough!

My truck would not start after making it to my delivery. Called wallace towing and they were on sight within 30 mins. The tow truck guy was very thoughtful and careful with his work. If you're ever in the cranberry township area in PA and needs a tow, wallace towing is the way to go for a fast and reliable response.

Called for a tow this week and got there super quick, driver was awesome and super professional. Will be using them moving forward! Super nice clean equipment too
