“This garage is exceptional. We have used them numerous times for their towing services. The receptionist is always friendly, competent, and prompt in dispatching an employee to your location, who, I might add, are also always friendly, professional, and competent. Their prices are extremely more affordable than other garages in the area. I was especially pleased with them on one instance when my vehicle was stuck in the mud; a worker arrived quickly, freed my car in what seemed like seconds, and then proceeded to only charge me half of the standard price. I was able to make it to my destination not only on time, but with a little extra money in my pocket. If I wasn't so fiercely loyal to my mechanic, I would also use Bachman's for my other automotive needs, such as oil changes and major repairs. You can't go wrong with these guys.”
“Craziest thing happened to me yesterday evening I ran over my rental truck keys with my riding lawn
mower they came picked up the truck and took me to Pittsburgh airport to get a new rental. As a business owner myself I give the service 10/10 plus the driver a 10/10

“Had another company planned to get my car which they failed to do or let me know. The next day they were running almost 2 hours late. Called Boff and they had a guy with a flatbed ready to go in 15 minutes- AND was cheaper than the other company. Tow truck driver was very polite and friendly and had the car hooked up in just a couple minutes. Very pleased with every aspect of the situation and will continue to use them in the future!”

“My daughters car broke down right in front of the doctors office as I was picking her up from a surgery she just had. I don't know the area at all but Elite popped up on the search and I'm glad we used them. The driver was great! Not only was he professional, but also very kind, patient and tried to help us out of our predicament. When he completed the drop off, he taped up the windows for my daughter, and sent a photo, we couldn't get them closed. This company is my new go-to should I need help in the future. “I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

“Traveling from New York State to South Carolina on route 79 near Cranberry, PA, there was a dead deer in the road that we were not able to get around. We hit the deer that was in the road and bent an axle on our trailer. After failed attempts with AAA, we found the company through a Google search. They were a Godsend. They were able to help us get it towed back to their company, order the parts, and get us back on the road within 24 hours. They have excellent customer service and are truly a caring company.”

“Fast Nd professional service to get to the scene, and get me to the respective garage to handle my issue. The drive there was no more then 15-20 mins.
Only problem was the 582$ usd he charge me. Never paid that for towing.
As mentioned, apart from that, very satisfied.”
