These owners cannot be more rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all. I have paid over my minimum payment for the last couple months, my payment was five days late this month due to a system down with my bank in order to send payment through Zelle and my household was laid off due to the Covid epidemic. They charged me a $20 late fee and refused to be flexible. As a matter a fact they were extremely rude and insulting. I recommend taking your storage business somewhere else.
