My partner and I both agreed that we had the best experience buying our car from Baierl Ford. We were greeted during the first few minutes on site by Andy, the best salesman. Andy is very professional and knowledgeable. Gabriel also displayed professionalism and an extensive knowledge in the loan and finance stage of our purchasing experience. Everyone at this dealership that we met was friendly, kind, and patient. Thank you to Andy and Gabe for making our purchasing experience and transition from Florida to the north a little easier! We appreciate your generosity and patience. Thank you for respecting us as guests. We recommend Baierl Ford 100% to everyone! What a pleasure working with this team!

Never again will I go to this place. Quoted part price was 3 times higher than the part store for the same Motorcraft part. Told me the job "is pretty involved, it will take a couple of hours." For the low price of $250 they could install the part. It took a different mechanic 30 minutes to replace the part, costing me only $55 for the labor. I don't deal with thieves or liars.

This was my first time at Baierl to have a recall done on my Ford Explorer and an oil change. The scheduling was easy. I got there and found a lot of customer parking not like the other Ford dealer that I purchased it from. I was waited on right away. Even though I get free oil changes where I purchased my Explorer, It was well worth it to spend $60 to not go through the hassle of getting a voice Mail when scheduling and no one returning your call, no parking and coming back and find they left your windows down and your vehicle unlocked. Baierl had my car locked.

After having them try to sneak on a $2,000 warranty without telling me (I then decided to keep it after questioning it, and it was useless), talking politics, employees not wearing masks, charging me $100 for a windshield wiper and light bulb that I didn't want, going round and round with me with not sending my refund check to the right address (they can't comprehend apartment numbers), making me wait an entire day past my scheduled inspection (leaving me with no car and having to inconvenience others for rides to work, then trying to charge me for a tow I didn't get, saying maybe that's why they charged me $100), trying to charge me $60 for one of my already-paid lifetime oil changes (waited over an hour, argued with me for a moment, then no apology), then the engine developing a new clicking sound after my inspection and oil change, low oil after the change, the oil replacement sensor not being reset, 3 of my tires being over-inflated (Trying to make them wear unevenly so I get new tires with them as they recommended?) by 8 PSI (40 PSI measured cold on 3, with 32 PSI recommended, and one tire at 30 PSI) and the hubs screwed back on so tightly that I needed pliers to remove them, and still owing money on this car because I'm somehow paying a higher APR than I was told I was approved for, I'm so regretful that I ever stepped foot in this place. I'm so tired of this place, that I may start paying for my inspections and oil changes elsewhere, though I already paid for them at Baierl for a lump sum. I was told it's impossible that an oil change could've caused the new engine ticking; BS. A little research shows how many things can be done incorrectly to potentially cause a noise like my car is making after an oil change. They denied it without looking, and I was not going to be charged for them to deny any possibility of them messing up. They could have AT LEAST reset my oil replacement warning. He rudely said he "tried to help me" as I was walking out because he offered to check my oil level, after I already said I checked it and its VERY low. I'm not too stupid that I need my oil LEVEL checked again."Tapping/Clicking: If you can hear a metallic tapping or clicking noise that increases when the engine speed increases, the most common cause is that the engine oil level is low. If the oil level is ok however, something more serious may be afoot. A blockage of the oil passageways, or a worn or damaged oil pump may not be allowing the correct oil pressure to reach the top of the engine."Admittedly, after all these tactics and screw-ups, my radar for BS is cranked way up. I do not trust them to not screw up an oil change after they've screwed up so many other things, and have pushed me to get work done with them. They clearly want to make as much money on people as possible. They kept pushing me to get me to let them replace my tires too, stating multiple times that I need to do it soon and I need to let them order the tires for my car. Nope. I go to a really little garage in Portersville that doesn't pull this BS. I would NEVER go to them for anything that wasn't already prepaid.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. No problems with the time I waited or the service. The problem I had was the complete lack of consideration and safety of the customers. There were two signs posted (one on the outside door and one entering the service area) that "masks must be worn to enter". There was also a sign inside on the counter that said " We follow all CDC safety guidelines". Neither of the two agents behind the check in counter wore masks. Neither did the customer in the waiting room. Neither did any of the technicians entering or working in the service area. I waited outside because I didn't want the exposure. There were no benches or outdoor seating. I sat on a guard rail or stood outside the entire time waiting for my truck. If they sanitized my vehicle when they were done they never told me. There was a complete lack of concern for medically compromised customers.

I had a loaner car, really liked it and was very interested in buying it. I expressed my like for the vehicle to the sales guy upon returning it. I asked if they could look into the removal of roof rack, he said "sure" we will be in touch. Well, it's been 2 weeks, 3 texts and one phone call with voicemail left and an email to the salesman with the Bairel GM cc'd, no one to this day has contacted me back. Ok, so you don't want to, or can't remove roof racks, at least let me know SOMETHING! After multiple communications from me to Bairel, they never responded, that's not business to me. Do worry I'll take my business elsewhere.

Surprisingly accommodating! Went in for an oil change, but inspection was due next month. The problem is that my registration was expired. They renewed that for me. I also needed a new insurance card. I was able to email it to him and he printed it for me. Thanks Rob!

Very happy with my experience. I was greeted by a friendly service advisor as soon as I walked in the door. I was also introduced to the mechanic who'd be working on my car, which I thought was nice. They got my car in, diagnosed and the issue fixed in a timely manner.
