Brought my GMC in for service on the engine. They not only corrected the issue but explained why it occurred. The service members were thorough, expedient, and knowledgeable. They provided a quick turnaround and got my car back to me within the hour. Very appreciative as they went above and beyond to check my brakes as well as I expressed slight squeaking during braking. Highly recommend this location!!!

The entire experience could not have been easier. The transaction was largely handled over the phone. We drove over 100 miles just to get this deal and it was super easy. All the paperwork was done, the credit checks completed and all I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive home. Dan, our salesman was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dan will be our first call when my wife's car comes due in 4 months! Thanks for everything.

After looking for a new vehicle for months, and being bombarded by other dealerships, I went to see Alan and Josh at North Star in Zelienople, and I could not be happier with my new Santa Cruz. Josh was so informative and showed me all of the features of this new vehicle and was so knowledgeable. I got an excellent offer and my trade in was far more than any other dealership offer. The whole car-buying process was effortless.

The team were friendly and helpful but my 2023 Canyon AT4 is still suffering from total Infotainment system failure after our second attempt to get it to function. The next step was to have the service team escalate the issue with corporate GM. Now at almost 3 weeks I have no updates or a plan to have the system fixed/replaced. While I really like the truck, probably the best midsize pickup on the market, when I drive my truck now the system is totally broken, just a black screen. No cameras, no NAV, limit radio…… thanks in advance for any help rectifying the problem, it has become a major issue in enjoying our “new” vehicle.

I highly recommend North Star Buick/GMC. Aaron Mahoney and Todd Guthrie are excellent to work with and I’m very happy with my new vehicle! I will definitely consider this dealership again in the future.

Aaron went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. He really listened to my must-have features as well as would-likes. He had no problem showing me all of the vehicles I was interested in, educating me on their features, and pointing me in the right direction of my needs and preferences. He in no way put pressure on me to choose a particular vehicle and did not rush me in my decision. Aaron truly wanted me to have the best vehicle - for me! He even set up my GMC app, spoke to the On-Star agent with me, and made sure I knew how to work all of the buttons and features before I left the lot in my 2022 GMC Terrain. I'm truly grateful for his genuine caring that I chose the right vehicle fit.
Overall, the North Star team worked together to provide me the smoothest and most personable experience with both the buying and trading transactions. They updated me along the way on the current operations and next steps so I wasn't left wondering "how long is this going to take." I definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Aaron, if you are looking for honest and fair offers as well as friendly and trustworthy agents. This was the best experience I've had at a car dealership to date.
