I’ve worked with Mike a few times, one on the scene of an accident I was in and another when my husband hit a deer. Mike is a pleasure to work with, great at what he does, and goes above and beyond to help people out after they’ve been in accidents. Great guy and good service.

I sought out a repair shop that was knowledgeable and fair. Mike's was both, and provided a prompt and curious response to my accident. Though I canceled my insurance claim, and will do most of the work myself, I plan on going back to them for the finish work.

Stay away from this place. These people are rude and downright careless. My vehicle was in the shop for 7 months. When I'd call and ask for an update, the employees would tell me "We don't have time to sit around and babysit your parts all day". Additionally, there was front end damage specifically to the engine, the shop noticed oil had leaked out on the ground while it sat for 7 months. Even with this knowledge, they still drove the car in and out of the body shop without engine oil or fluids, which destroyed the engine. No customer should ever have to be treated like this. If your thinking of using Mike's Collision Repair, I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

My truck bumper and fender were damaged in an accident and the insurance company gave me a list and I chose Mike's collision to do the work. This was a great decision as my truck looks as good as when New. The work was outstanding and Mike and Matt are extremely professional and very excellent with the work they do. Someone ran into the front end of my 2021 BMW 4 series at a stop sign. I chose Mike's Collision Repair because his shop is located near my house and was an authorized repair shop through State Farm insurance. After filing the claim, Mike's setup an appointment to estimate the repairs the next day. Mike, the owner, who worked with me throughout the entire repair, was upfront from day one stating that it'd likely be 5 weeks before my car was repaired. This was due to supply chain issues and the number of scheduled repairs ahead of me. Nonetheless, he ordered the parts immediately after preparing the estimate. About two or three weeks after the estimate, he had me drop my car off. Repairs at his shop took about 5 days (which included replacing the front end, the hood, and paint). My car also had to go to a BMW shop to diagnose why the air intake shutters wouldn't open after installation. That took 2-3 days because the BMW shop forgot they had to work on my car. Despite the long wait for my car to be fixed (about a month in total - but I had a rental during this time through my insurance) Mike was great at communicating status and what was going on. He's a super personable guy, and my car looks brand new - pictures attached. In summary, I'd highly recommend getting repairs from Mike's Collision if you're ever in an accident.

Unfortunately they don’t seem to care about vehicles that are 5+ years or older, if it doesn’t make them money they won’t do it.

Took $6,000.00 and the car is not fixed at all. More dents on roof and there was originally none, poor paint job, frame is not fixed, car is not aligned, can’t go over 60mph, didn’t replaces the tire rims, rust spots didn’t fixed, and tree still in the car! White paint spots on the car - car isn’t even white! More to it, but I wouldn’t recommend taking a vehicle here to get fixed - don’t do a good job at all! Already contacted the insurance company. They had the car for a month and it looks like they only spent a few hours on it.
