FedEx is a joke anymore. I will never ship through them again. This place never gets stuff delivered when they say it's going to be. Waiting on a part for my truck for 2 days now. Get it together FedEx

The driver literally dropped my big package on my porch. My son saw him and asked him why he just tossed it and the driver said it was heavy. If anything is broken I'll be calling.

My $1400 play set was delivered not only late but in shambles. One box was ripped open and the pieces were thrown all over my driveway and another box is missing all together. It was the last item in stock so I don’t even have an option to replace this item that this fedex lost
