Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable and the shoes are all such good quality. When I go in, the ladies almost always offer up a shoe I never would have tried on just from looking at it but when I do I love it! And it's so hard to just leave with one pair of shoes and not add on another perfect pair or some cute socks or gorgeous purse or statement necklace or party sweater! Eva Bryn is definitely a store that makes it worth going out of your way to visit. And they have plenty of parking in the back if you don't like to parallel park :)

Let me start by saying I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from this store and have loved them all. Unfortunately my last experience here was worth posting a review about.I bought a beautiful pair of boots here around $250. I’m a teacher, so this was a real splurge for me, but for a nice high quality pair of boots it was worth it. I wore these boots one school day, only indoors. The heels were extremely scuffed and even had a chunk taken out of the one by the end of the day. This was from six hours of wear. Obviously I was extremely upset because of the price of these boots. I thought they would last years, let alone 6 hours. So, I called the store. The owner or manager (not sure who) told me that “some people just walk funny” and insinuated that is why the heels were destroyed after one wear. Well, none of the other shoes I purchased from this store lasted only 6 hours, so there was definitely something wrong with the quality of the material of the heel- bit with the way I walk. She did not care and did not offer me any type of refund or coupon for a next visit to make it right. Nothing. I called the shoe company directly and they could not believe that the shoe store did not compensate me. They could not help me because unfortunately I purchased the shoes from Eva Bryn Shoetique instead of the company directly.So, if I were you, since this business does not stand behind their products, only look at the shoes in this store, then, do yourself a favor and purchase straight from whatever company.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving custom ordered shoes from Eva Bryn Shoetique. In addition, I visited the business in person and was beyond thrilled with the entire experience. I received fantastic customer service and was blown away with the attention to detail. The owner, Kelly, is amazing and I would recommend visiting Eva Bryn Shoetique whenever visiting the town of Zelienople!

This store always has everything I could ever need. I find myself wanting to buy everything. All the ladies who work at EvaBryn are extremely kind and helpful. The owner Kelly puts her entire heart into this business and I am so happy that Zelienople has a store such as EvaBryn in town.

If you want stylish and comfortable shoes you need to shop at this store. As you enter the store you will be greeted by a staff member who will be your personal assistant as you shop unlike big chain shoe stores. I purchase all my shoes here because of the comfort, style and quality of shoes offered.

Love this gem in the heart of Zelienople! Being shoe and shop local obsessed, I often find it difficult to find local places with huge selections. Eva Bryn checks all the boxes. The incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff make you feel like you are a part of their family almost immediately. They make thoughtful suggestions and keep you in mind when new styles come in. Every experience I have had has been top notch. And...the window decorating by the always gracious Maria is unsurpassed and an event all its own! A must when wanting to shop local!!

I have had two hip replacements and now buy almost all of my footwear at the Eva Bryn Shoetique. I can tell an amazing difference in the way I walk and feel. I recommend the Shoetique for its great selection of quality brands, personal attention and its fun atmosphere.

My sister and I went in for a specific pair of shoes. We were ignored by all 3 sales people, and when one finally asked if we needed help I showed her the shoe on my foot (which I purchased form them last year) and said my sister wanted the same shoe. She gave a very dirty look and said “oh we don’t get those” and then went about her business. She didn’t offer to help us find something similar and was honestly very rude. She dismissed us quickly and made it clear we weren’t worth her time. We won’t ever return and will not be recommending.
