I just got the e mail rating the interaction I had with service area,something went wrong when l tried to upload it, the experience l had was one of the best ones l have had since l have been coming to Baierl for service on my vehicles, 6 years, started in 2018, Ann Marie, she helped me use my rewards for my oil change, she was just great to work with and listened to the questions I had, this experience was one the best ones l have had.
Went in for inspection, oil change, the works, all went well, in and out in no time. All good till next year.
Finally after the 3rd call, l was able to speak to someone, l called the main number, and was able to talk to a human. This is getting crazy, l like to speak to people not Ai. The person was nice, helpful, now l am able to continue to get my Bronco, inspection at Bariel. Please stop with the Ai, l like talking to people, and knowing my service date is on the calendar, with no issues.
I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco, brought it home today, l love it, everyone from Sébastien my sells guy to Ben the finance person worked with me to make things do smooth for my purchase. Sébastien helped me set things up ij my Bronco, everyone took time to help and make things smooth.

From start to finish (which was 10 months due to all the shortages and delays with getting a new "first year" vehicle) all the men and women we came into contact at Baierl Ford in Zelienople were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This includes but not limited to: Zachary, Patrick, Gabe, Rob, Andrea, and their very cordial reception person. To my wife and I this was a welcome change from past experiences. As older Americans we can appreciate the values we saw in action at this dealership; and from all indications thus far, the new Maverick is everything we wanted and worth the wait.
