Listen when I say they give two flips about you or your business! They have zero value in customer service and continued business! Unprofessional in all senses of the word. If you want disrespect, not valued as a customer or just want a fake hello this is the place for you! Highly suggest you go else where! ?

The actual masseuses were amazing! They did a wonderful job at my massage. I was very pleased and my body felt great. However, the one thing I did not appreciate was the dog that greeted me at the front door or listening to it bark throughout the entire massage. I do not have anything against animals, I actually love them! But having a dog at a salon & spa made it feel dirty. And listening to a dog bark the entire time I was getting a massage was not very relaxing. And what about allergies? I bet some people would like to get their hair/nails/massages done without having an allergic reaction. Service animals are one thing, but an owner keeping her dog there is very unprofessional in my opinion.

This might be my favorite place on earth! I highly recommend. This place is amazing. If you want to feel like a whole new person go here. The employees are professional. The atmosphere is so relaxing so zen. I feel like I had a whole new body when the massage was done. I've been around and this is one of the best massage places I ever been to in my life. Absolutely love it! can't wait to go again.

New owner Heidi is amazing! Her place is very clean, very well staffed with exceptional people and does fantastic work. I’ve had mani/pedals, hair and make up done and have always been very pleased. Heidi runs an outstanding salon.

Had the best day with Platinum! I arrived a bit late due to getting lost--they were so calming & understanding! Great facial, massage, & mani-pedi services. Incredibly clean, personable, and knowledgeable about their craft!

It's hard enough to get an appointment on days I want, I Honestly didn't want to write a review about how good this place is.Next time I go, will be with a membership. I'm going to spend the money, I might as well take advantage of the discount.I've worked with both Robin and Nicole. I'd say Robin does back work like none other while Nicole is on another level with hands and feet.Totally professional. Totally worth it. Will recommend to anyone. Can truly relax here as long as the lobby isn't loud.
