He told me to bring my truck in on Wednesday and said it would be next. End of the day rolls around and he never called. We called him and he never even started the job. Why give appointments if you aren't going to do the work? We ended up picking the truck back up because we didn't want to play games.

Disappointed. I called Tim on a Friday and asked when I could drop my car off to have it scanned and evaluated for rough idle, I was asked to drop off the following Wednesday which I did. I called for an update the following Friday and received a message stating "I can't talk right now". I responded "No problem, I'm reaching out for an update, call me at your convenience". Two days went by with no update and no response. I got ahold of Tim the following Monday and he hadn't even scanned for codes yet, he told me he was busy. I picked up the car and took it to a local dealer for service instead of waiting any longer. I would very much prefer to use an individual local mechanic versus a dealer but was left little choice. Tim seemed like a nice guy and we had a good conversation but unfortunately he failed to take the customers time and proper communication into account. If he didn't have time to work on the car, he should have communicated that at the onset of the interaction. It's unreasonable for a car to sit four - five days untouched when it was dropped off at the time he requested. If you want a nice guy to talk to, Tim is your guy, if you want prompt service - consider other options.

Mr. Tim came in on his one day off to help diagnose an out-of-towner's check engine light when no where else in town was open. Even though it isn't an easy fix he could remedy, he was an amazing help and I wish him the absolute best. Hope to be able to tip him for his work somehow!

Last week, my boyfriend and I were traveling up to Ohio via the turnpike in his Honda S2000. At a rest stop, he went to check the oil and realized that the ideally pulley had seized and broke the serpentine belt.
