My elderly mother lives in Youngstown and uses the post office there daily. They are always polite to her and help her whenever she needs it. If you ever need stamps, try to order from here to help them out! Parking lot is small and hard to get around, especially for older people. Hours not always the best too, limited to smaller branch.

Very rude. Asking to cancel a mail I just sent a minute ago, the lady told it's impossible because the mail was already on truck. I would be impressed if the service could be that fast.

Online site says open from 8am- 5pm.. it doesn't say closed from 12pm-1pm for government hour lunch break! What about people that only have a certain amount of time to do things..this is why post offices are becoming a thing of the past.

Worst experience ever. The online site said it be opened at 8. It wasn't of course. I typically do not ever write these but I was the first one here. But I got pushed aside for another 6 people to be helped while I waited. Oh wait two more just showed up. So 8 people. I have to be at work at 915 and I'll be late. GREAT!
