“I was in the market for a new car. John was great. He took the time to show me the new features on the CX5 Carbon Edition which I ended up purchasing that day. I live 3 hours from the dealership and was on a trip headed East so John pulled the car into the show room until I arrived the following week to pick it up. He got my 2016 CX5 into their service department to have it looked at. I am gifting that car to my son so not only did I receive an email that my car would be serviced on a certain date, but a video would be sent to me with the work they were performing. “GO HERE!!! I knew when I walked in and saw an OG grinding valves in the back of this old thyme machine shop that I picked the right place. He had my timing jumped, bent valves head done in a few days time. I ordered what it needed and he did it right. I'm a machinist and I liked his flow and calm nature, with everything in boxes and organized. I'm super pleased with the work, and all parts, even the broken bits were in a separate box for me to take back.
