We signed a payment agreement with them for child care services (daycare) in the last week of May 2021. One month later, 3 days before the start date, we called them to make sure we have the right date and time. They confirmed and slyly mentioned they need us to sign a new payment agreement for a 38% increase from June 1st they failed to previously mention. They did not bother to notify us, and had we not called ahead of time, there was no way we would have known until we arrive on day 1. Through email, they told us to bring a blanket for our infant to sleep with... safe sleep practice? No. Needless to say we immediately called another highly rated daycare, and they were able to communicate effectively with us immediately. We switched to the new daycare and would not recommend this one.

The children's swim classes here are wonderful! Both of my boys (3 & 5) loved the class and their swim instructor. The class size was very small, so all of the children got individual attention and instruction during the half hour session. I love that I got to watch their progress each week from the balcony! The pool is heated, so no chattering teeth like we had experienced at a nearby YMCA's swim class. At the end of the class, the teacher was able to tell us if they're ready to advance to the next level or should repeat the one they're in for more practice. We will definitely be signing up for classes again!
