Great storage facility and helpful staff. I had to take one star away because the online rental process did not go smoothly at first. That being said I would recommend this company for you self storage needs.

The first day was pretty stressful without someone on the site to talk to in person, but after that everything went smoothly. I would recommend it to others. Honestly though they should really have bathrooms on the property though to use even if it's an unmanned facility to make it easier on the customers renting at their establishment(s) instead of making them leave and go somewhere else during an already stressful situation such as moving.

If you're looking for a storage unit to rent from, look no further. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Route 30 during my time renting here. Loved the month to month payment opportunities, the unit was nice and clean and just enough space to store what I needed. Customer service was wonderful from Day 1 and continued throughout, even after I no longer needed the unit. Highly recommend renting a storage unit from here.
