The bakery totally made my daughter’s birthday everything she wanted. The staff is friendly and helpful, and so easy to work with. Thank you SO MUCH for making exactly the cake she wanted!

I understand that we are in stressful times but the staff need to treat the customers with some respect and ZERO ATTITUDE! I came into the store and was stopped right in entrance way by an employee who BY THE WAY wasn’t 6 ft away from me who gave me a speech about the arrows on the ground. I gave her a thumbs up so not breathe near this woman and the next thing I know she’s coping an attitude at me saying how I’ve made her feel like a bad guy and she’s not and blah blah blah blah! So unprofessional! Another employee yelled at a senior woman who was only going to ask a question but instead of giving her the time she yelled follow the arrows into the aisle! What is wrong with the staff here?!? We are all stressed don’t make our experience even worse.

I know their intentions were good but there were more people in the store than when I normally go! I spent most of my time dodging people and carts and got very little of what I came in for. Stock the shelves but not when it’s an already crowded store! Not sure there was too much social distancing!
