Needs to get rid of free car vacuums, because most times even members cannot use it. There line always for vacuum, and its people without membership. It would be wise to focus on their members first.

Enjoy taking my car here to be cleaned...vacums are a hit and miss though. Price is reasonable and I do like the fact that they have microfiber towels and car matt cleaners.

My first time using the West York Auto Spa Express. I received a complimentary Super Car Wash Coupon after getting a PA State Inspection and Emission Test from the Lube Center in Shrewsbury. Sunday was a very busy day for car washing and vacuuming. Very friendly attendant at the Auto Spa Express. I had to wait about 5-10 minutes in line before getting into the car wash. After my car wash, I wanted to vacuum but there was a line waiting for the vacuums at the car wash exit and it was blocking people from exiting the car wash. I managed to exit the car wash, I then circled around and waited approx. 10 minutes on the street for a vacuum station to open up. I checked the car wash quality at the vacuum station, and it was above average, but it didn't thoroughly clean my alloy wheels. I used the clean towels that were available to finish cleaning my wheels. The vacuum was not very powerful, but it did an OK job. For a free car wash I am not complaining but if I had to pay for it, that would be an issue. I do Thank-you Lube Center of Shrewsbury for the complimentary car wash at West York Auto Spa Express.

The wash itself is okay. And I appreciate the vacuums. However, it bothers me that if I want a spot free experience, I have to wipe down every inch of my exterior. I keep the highest membership version, but as soon as the sun hits my black car, there are little grey spots everywhere.
Also, I can't be the only one who realizes the two spinning units at the very end do nothing helpful. I imagine that their role is to get the mirrors. Unfortunately, the only thing they do is leave smudges down the side of my car, which add to another reason I can't just leave without wiping everything down.
