I’ve tried calling the pharmacy and the call gets answered and immediately hung up. I can hear the staff before the call gets disconnected not cool.

Chronically behind. Wellspan insurance requires members to fill here, but they don't have the staff nor infrastructure to handle demand. Script e-prescribed at 1230, still not ready 5 hours later. Not great for patient care. Wellspan is circling the drain.

I called my prescription in a week ago and it still was not filled by the pharmacist when I arrived today. This creates a huge inconvenience. I only had one prescription, and the lack of service is very disappointing.
