This place is the best. I know it sounds odd to say that about a medical lab, but the staff is the absolute kindest, friendliest group of women. They are quick, efficient, and so very kind. They all doted upon my daughter, and it was just so sweet. Thank you.

Don’t walk, run !!! They don’t know what they doing. They don’t have the knowledge to do blood work. I come here to get done my 3-hour glucose tolerance test. Since I believe my one-hour glucose tolerance result was high cos of their inaccurate time counting. this time I decided to document everything and ask a question about the process. Well, I wasn’t wrong right away after I consumed 100g of liquid containing glucose they decided to collect my blood. which is wrong. It should have been collecting blood drawn before I drink the liquid, and again 3 more times every 60 minutes after I drink it. It doesn't need to be certified or be educated to know the common sense of after consuming 100g liquid glucose ur sugar levels will be high. After a few min, the woman who was assigned to the lab walked into the waiting room & said” Sorry Mom our mistake we just made a phone call & they told us the first blood drawn should be collected before consuming the glucose”. We have to schedule the blood work for another day. This is unacceptable, and unprofessional ? stop ✋ practicing lab testing with a lack of knowledge!!!. It makes me frustrated as I’m 38-week pregnant women who have been fasting to take this test. I will never come back horrible experience!!!

Other than a long wait and and having to figure out how to check-in with no clear instructions, I had an excellent experience. I'm terrible giving blood. Once on the chair, she was quick and checked on me. No bruises or big marks the next day.

would NOT recommend. on my father’s last visit, they did not run the proper tests ordered by his doctor for a procedure. they only ran a blood type test. his doctor informed us 14 hours before his procedure and luckily we were able to go apple hill’s lab where he got excellent care and was told that this was not the first time westgate messed up someone’s blood work. the doctor confirmed they sent the proper tests and was also confused why only a test for his blood type was run…on his previous visit, the “nurse” was an absolute nightmare. there was a wait and she said she’d call when it was his turn, so we went for a short drive in the area. when she called, we were pulling back into the parking lot. i guess because he was not standing directly at the door when she was ready, she told him he’d have to go to the back of the line and wait. the person after my dad said they did not mind waiting. the worker was incredibly rude so we went up to dover. again, had wonderful care from pleasant people. and was also told there that westgate has had these complaints from other people.we will never be returning to westgate for any lab services, we’d rather travel an extra 10-15 minutes for better customer service.

Staff tells me 15 minutes max and I drive there and arrive 8 minutes later and it's now 45 minute wait. Worst of the worst. Trying to coral people inside a room is a total fiasco.
