Bad service, I forgot my business card and when I came back they told me that they broke it and I have to wait 15 days for another one. They didn't give me a solution and the person I spoke to first said they were going to secure it for me and they didn't do it simply and sensibly. they don't work

I’ve been a customer for 25 years, but today was treated like a second class citizen when attempting to visit this branch in order to upgrade my teenage son’s account after he turned 18 and before he leaves for the Air Force. I was rudely interrogated several times before being allowed into the branch to conduct the upgrade and was made to feel like I was a bother to them rather than an important customer. I was then refused additional service when we asked to deposit numerous checks and cash, received for his high school graduation, into the newly upgraded account. This is starkly contrasted with my visit to Members 1st only 20 minutes earlier when I was warmly greeted and enthusiastically provided a friendly and courteous customer service experience. What happened to Wells Fargo? Only one teller for long lines of customers at the drive thru.... Time to move our business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, branch manager is very rude and unhelpful, you keep getting the run around. Every time I go into a Wells Fargo branch, they seem to make up rules as they go. Today, I was denied access to my funds. As soon as everything settles down with the holidays, my accounts will be closed!

I want to give a shout out to Wells Fargo for Colin Copeland. My son just opened an account. It was his first. Colin gave him such a great overview of finances. I learned a lot also. He was so nice and very thorough. Thank you so much. I later took my just graduated college daughter in to speak with Colin. He spoke to her about paying off her college loans. She had $26,000.00 to pay off. She worked last summer and had some savings from her RA dorm job. She moved to Chicago got a Nannie position and has as of 1 year later only $4,400.00 left on her loan. She will finish paying off her loan in August in four months. Colin was so kind and informative and inspirational. Thank you. You are a treasure.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch. I needed to exchange foreign currency and Shayla, Jamie, and Aaron were polite and worked diligently to make phone calls and process my request. I had recently gone to a different branch and was unable to exchange the money. Thank you so much.
