I attempted to initiate a bank wire online, only to be redirected to a branch because the amount exceeded their arbitrary limit. Upon arrival, I was appalled to discover that no bankers would assist me without an appointment. To make matters worse, no appointments were available within a 50-mile radius. The staff's response? "It’s impossible to send a wire today as we can’t help you."
This level of incompetence and complete disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. It's absurd that a simple wire transfer—a basic banking service—cannot be facilitated without jumping through endless hoops. The lack of available appointments and the staff's unwillingness to assist highlights a profound failure in customer service and operational efficiency.
If you value your time and money, avoid this bank at all costs. They clearly have no interest in providing adequate service or supporting their customers.

I have had nothing but issues with Wells Fargo. The customer service is abysmal; every time I call, I end up on hold for over an hour, only to be transferred multiple times without any resolution. The fees are outrageous and seemingly arbitrary—there's a fee for everything! I’ve been hit with overdraft fees even when I had enough funds in my account, and disputing these charges is a nightmare.
The online banking system is outdated and frequently down for maintenance at the most inconvenient times. It’s 2024, and Wells Fargo still can’t provide a reliable digital service! Additionally, their branch locations are understaffed and slow. I’ve waited in line for over 30 minutes just to make a simple transaction.
There have also been constant issues with my account security. I've had fraudulent charges multiple times, and Wells Fargo’s response has been slow and ineffective. I never feel like my money is safe with them.
Overall, Wells Fargo has been a source of frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Save yourself the headache and bank elsewhere!

If I could give negative stars I would , this place is a total mess. The tellers get everything wrong every time I come here. It's always a different person and they hardly speak english. They should bulldoze the place. Absolutely a nightmare EVERY TIME !

This is the slowest moving branch I have ever been to. I don’t know if they are understaffed or do not value other people’s time, but it is awful. The drive thru is supposed to be convenient, but it never is. I constantly wait in the drive thru line and once it’s my turn, I’m told to wait longer because the drive thru employee needs to wait on the lobby customers.There is no “quick trip to the bank” with this location, you will be waiting a ridiculous amount of time.

As a new Wells Fargo customer, I’ve had a negative experience every time at this branch. They are slow, rude, and unhelpful. I hope this branch is not reflective of Wells Fargo as a company and bank.

Takes forever to get help here. I wait for a teller more than 5-10 min each time. If this was once I could say no big deal but it’s each time. Happened again just now.

Horrible bank. My son somehow owes $3.00 found this out when I called the call center. Was directed to take $3 to a local drive thru and give the account number I was given. Came to drive thru. No help could be done. We have to wait almost 2 weeks to handle this $3 which is affecting him getting a bank account else where. I am just amazed by how horrible wells fargo banks are. I left due to activity happening on my account that I didn't authorize and they didn't want to acknowledge, shame on wells fargo for wasting people precious time.

This location has great customer service. Everyone is super helpful. They have a couple of drive up windows and a walkup ATM as well and service inside. My dog loves the milk bones at the drive through.
