Pathetically slow pharmacy. The employees have apparently little lack of urgency. I had scripts called in around the morning. They still were not filled going into the late afternoon... They told me that it would take 30 to 40 minutes when I arrived. Absolutely absurd. Also they will not take insurance info over the phone. There is zero reason they cant do this

Very pleased with Wise pharmacy at Roosevelt Avenue. I called him today about a prescription and was able to find the cost of a prescription and when I could pick it up. He’s spent approximately 15 minutes. We’re gonna get my information for me. Thank you wise pharmacy.

I don't personally use this pharmacy, I was picking up for someone else but I definitely would NOT come here.
A quick safety concern: As they were opening, people were coming & going and I noticed they don't have a security door between the pharmacy & the actual Weis market. Every pharmacy I've been too have a LOT more security! Their's is just a flimsy half door (seemed like hollow core) and I saw no one have to lock or unlock it...that's CRAZY!! For the staff's safety, there should to be a solid core (if not metal), sturdy security door with locks that log in who's coming and going and the times. I mean geesh...it's 2025, get out of the 20th century! But hey, that's on them...
Anyway, I went on a Sunday morning, it said on Google their open time was 9am. I got to Weis at 9:50(ish) and it was closed, gate down and lights off. So I asked the self check out girls (who were very nice & helpful) & they thought it opened at 9am too. They finally saw a pharmacy tech rolling in like around 9:57am (she was quite grumpy). When I went to the line at 10am it was still not open & we had to wait for them to get computers up and running and go get a cash drawer. Seems to me you should be there, at the very least, by 9:45am to have everything ready to open AT 10am.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but they take an exorbitant amount of time filling very basic prescriptions. I’m not sure how they prioritize their queues, but they take a full day to fill acute prescriptions (antibiotics for example). I’ll be recommending other pharmacies to my patients in the future as well as choosing a different pharmacy for me and my family going forward.

Terrible customer service. Never have meds ready and if they can’t fill it they don’t even bother to tell you. Lines are insane. So much time wasted here. Horrible experience.

The pharmacists are really nice, I’ve never had issues with the service here. I’m glad I’m able to get my meds discounted through Weis. I’ve been using Weis for my meds for over 4 years now and I have no regrets.

Not surprised with several reviews regarding customer service being terrible. The older women at the Post Office counter and even the customer service counter need an attitude adjustment or moved somewhere where they don't deal with the public The lady at the PO counter seemed irritated by me merely asking for a receipt and changing the service after finding out the cost on what I was shipping. This is part of your job. if your older employees (Karen's) are so miserable they should leave and let someone else who is willing to do the job take the job. I'm 68 yrs old and have heard people say older people are grouchy and you are proving them right and giving us more pleasant older people a bad reputation. The older lady at the customer service counter was condescending and a "Karen" Wondering if that's a criteria for your customer service dept.

This Weis on Roosevelt Ave has horrible customer service. I went in to pick up a few item and when I went to check out through the self checkout service my light started blinking for the cashier to come over. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting on the 1 person they had for customer service and watching the self checkout lines. So while waiting for her to come over there where 6 other checkout waiting also 2 cashier and 4 self checkout lines lights where blinking. Now this is where I feel as though I was discriminated against. The customer service lady came to only the caucasian customer which was 3 lines then went back to her customer service center. Without helping out the people of color lines. The one Caucasian was near me but she did. Not help me or the other people of color. At this point I was very upset because even if you are the only one that is working customer service and watching the cashier you should practice good customer service skills all you had to do was acknowledge the rest of us to let us know you will get to us ASAP or even see us that what a good customer service employee does. but of course she didn't she went on like we was not there. I waited for about 20 minutes still no help with the checkout of my items. So I had no choice but to leave everything right there. This Weis need to train there staff on excellent customer service skills because they have non. I will never shop there again I'm giving giant my business I rather pay a little extra and get good customer service experience then having to deal with raciest people. Like really disappointed I will not tolerated this type of behavior and Weis think I'm going to spend my money there no not in this lifetime. If your staff doesn't like all people and look at all people as equal then you won't get a penny from me or even report to the BBB so sad weis I wish I could give them 0 stars

Please update your hours if you are going to shut down for 30 mins during your open times then it should be listed.
