i had a pickup and I got ground turkey and they gave me one package that was expired and I tried calling them over 5 times and no one ever answers. one of many reasons I hate Walmart and won't be shopping there ever again.

Safe to say you're better going to the store to wait in line to ask a simple question. I called a total of 15 times and no one answered the phone at all. Thanks Walmart!

Decided to just take a ride to York, PA for a day trip to Walmart. This is a pretty huge Walmart. I have to say this place was clean and well organized. You saw many workers stocking shelves. Although, some of the workers could not speak English, everyone was friendly. There were no empty shelves at all. No one was standing around just doing nothing. I was surprised to see styrofoam cups and plates because they no longer sell that in Baltimore Maryland. This was a nice shopping experience. I would return.

Only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the product selection. Otherwise, they only deserve 1 star. I've experienced poor or slow service more times than I can count. Super long delays in grocery pick up, people not picking up the phone, and long slow lines at customer service. This place is a textbook example of a dying business. If this was an independent privately owned store, it would have gone out of business. Seriously I don't know how the store manager still has a job here. This store sucks.

Agin another brick and motor store going to the wayside if you are a guy shopping for clothes good luck the assortment is not very good, also we stopped in around midnight and it was actually busy and guess what they only had one cashier open the line was crazy long.

I'm old (74) and I'm probably gonna die soon--at least in the next thirty years or so. I don't have a whole lot of time left to waste so I get pretty irritated when your employees waste what little of the time I have left! Customer service people at the West York store cost me two and a half hours and a quarter tank of gas because they were either too lazy or too incompetent to get an honest price check! Several members of my family gave up on you guys a long time ago and now I have too. Disgusted with lousy service, Claude W. "GIZZ" Davis, Jr. PS: What's lower than a one-star rating?

We are from out of town. Stopped here to get some over the counter meds for my mom before we headed home. Didn't get them. Why? Because the lines were ridiculous. Only 3 registers open and the rest were self check out. Had a manager standing there swinging her phone, another leaning on the door to the ice cooler, and another just standing there with her hands on her hips looking bored. If I could I'd give it 0 stars. Never again will I go there when I'm here. The lines were literally from one entrance to the other.

I was at Walmart over 2-1/2 hours to get a flat tire plugged on June 21. Granted they did tell me it would be 1-1/2 hour wait, but they also said they would call me when it was done. They never called me. I finally went to the service desk and saw my keys sitting there...they had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. Then the computer terminal was locked so he couldn't check me out! I went all the way to the front of the store to check out and had to come all the way back to the service department before I could get my keys. Then I get my car and they had put the spare back on top of the rear speakers and didn't secure it. I asked them to come out and put the spare away properly. I was very disappointed with the entire experience.

If you need a handicap electric cart go else ware. They now have 4 carts in need of repair so the may only have 4 working. I waited over 1 hour to get a cart. Good thing they have a McDonalds there to get a coffee while I wait. This store needs more carts, at least 4 more; I think I'll start going to Giant or Wise.
