I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait too long. But they rushed the job once they started. Sanded down my nails to practically nothing. Broke the skin in one spot from sanding too hard. I went with the cat eye magnetic polish. None of the lines are identical. Got nail polish all over my fingers. Didn't clean any equipment. Told me it was extra for them to do my cuticles. My nails are all different lengths and don't match. The polish doesn't cover my entire nail in a bunch of spots. None of the extra stuff you would normally get with any other salon, just the nail sanding and polish. Charged me 41.20.

Amazing place to get your nails done. They are very nice people.
Cleanliness: Very clean
Stylist: Andy and his wife are very interested in what you want. Everyone there are very wonderful.

Myself and two friends came here for pedicures. We all had a really nice experience. Very clean and friendly staff! I will be back.

They do not honor appointments. My wife waited 40 minutes when she had an appointment.

I love going here. I normally get my nails and eyebrows done. They are very polite and do a wonderful job. No wait times. I always get my nails done by the guy there. He is very good at what he does and conversations are amazing. ( I’m sorry I don’t know his name.)The place is very clean as well. Here are two different times I got my nails done there.

My powdered dip didn't last a week, I had to go back for two nails and now there are other bad nails. Never again! No hot towels, no hand massage, didn't deliver the service that is expected of any nail salon. Run don't walk to another salon and read the reviews.

I been going to Viva for about 6 months. They always have good service. This past weekend I had an issue with the poliish and they fixed it free of charge no questions asked. Andy is the best!

I just love this place. I have not had a spa day in years. And things have changed. The pedicure massage chairs are to die for. I work 45 to 50 hour per week and going once a month and having my manicure and pedicure to a my time to relax. I would recommend you try this place.

The service was horrendous for me to wait almost 45 minutes to get a manicure only for the nail tech to just use WATER no type of cream, moisturizers, no oils, or soap but yet want to charge $40 please don't waste your time or moneyService: Manicure
